2834894 ONTARIO INC. doing business as Replic will be the data controller of your personal data if you are a merchant using Replic to form business relationships with other Replic merchants or deliver products (“Merchant”). Conversely, Replic will be the data processor if you are a customer to a Replic Merchant (“End Customer”).

If you are an End Customer to one of our Merchants, please contact your Merchant directly for information regarding how your Merchant uses and shares your personal information gathered from our services.

Information we collect

Information We Automatically Collect

For all visitors to our site, we collect aggregated information on pages viewed including IP address, timestamps, logins. This information may be collected via several technologies, including cookies, web beacons, clear GIFs, canvas fingerprinting and other means. You can control cookies in your browser to enable or disable them.

Information You or Your Merchants Give Us

For our Merchants, we collect registration information including name and email address; billing information including address; and information required to sell goods.

Information from Shopify

When our Merchants install the Replic Shopify App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from their Shopify account, including store information; product information; order information; and customer information.

For End Customers who buy a digital product from a Merchant with a Shopify store that is delivered by Replic, we collect information relating to any transactions recorded by Shopify including name, email address, billing and shipping address.

How We Use Your Personal Information

We use the data collected for the following purposes:

Sharing Your Personal Information

We share your personal information within our company and to our third-party service providers such as Amazon Web Services or other providers. This may involve transferring your information internationally, including without limitation, if you are based in the European Union, transferring your data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

Additionally, for Merchants only, we may share your personal information on our Sites to promote your store to other Merchants for the purpose of building business partnerships. This could include: your name, your store name, your store URL, and your business contact information.

Finally, we may also share your personal information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

You have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information located in the "Contact Us" section below.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example to process an order from an End Customer), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

Important note: if you are a customer who has been delivered a product via Replic you will need to contact the Merchant regarding your data rights. Replic acts as a data processor and it is the Merchant who must complete your data subject requests as your purchase contract is with them, not us.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data as long as needed for the purposes for which we collected it, plus a reasonable period to take into account the applicable statute of limitation period or to comply with legal requirements.

Children's Privacy

The Sites are not directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the contact details provided in the “Contact Us” section below. If we become aware that a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.

Change of Control

Personal information may be transferred to a third party as a result of a sale, acquisition, merger, reorganization or other change in control. If we sell, merge or transfer any part of the business, part of the sale may include your personal information.
