We use Stripe to handle direct payments from resellers. Stripe fees include payment fees and billing fees. Payment fees depend on location and payment type. They are usually a small percentage of the transaction (2-3%) and a small payment charge (under 50 cents). Billing fees are 0.7% of each recurring invoice.

Designers bill resellers directly, on a monthly basis, for each sale that occurred during the billing period. Resellers will be billed the wholesale price of each pattern sold. Wholesale prices are set directly by the designers and can be viewed at any time in the application. Additionally, resellers are charged $0.20 per pattern sale after the first 30 sales (resets monthly) by Replic through their Shopify app subscription.

We are based in Canada, however Shopify applications are always billed in USD as per Shopify's policies.

Designers import their products into the Replic app and approve resellers. Resellers can import their products directly into their store through the Replic Shopify integration. All sales are tracked. Invoices and payments are handled automatically.
